I am meant to be applied dry and before a shower. WATCH THE SKIN DUST OFF! Brush softely on the skin in long soft strokes always in the direction towards your heart, going over the area 3 times.
 
For example - Start from your wrist and brush towards your shoulder, repeating the same movement and action in the area 3 times before twisting the arm and starting in the next section.
